In House Design

All design works are carried out in-house by Argus fire Design staff/engineers, overseen by Design Managers. Designs are carried out by qualified engineers who have passed LPCB trade examinations.

Argus fire utilise the latest 2D and 3D AutoCAD software for coordination resulting in agreed layouts/drawings for construction. These drawings are then calculated using LPCB approved hydraulic software to confirm pipe sizes and water supply requirements to fit system demands and client specification/rules and regulations stipulated in the contract.

Close liaison between Clients and Senior Project managers throughout the programme ensures our success and the smooth running of projects.

Project Management

Central to Argus fire operations are the Project Management teams, each of whom are carefully selected for their all round experience of fire protection systems and their ability to carry out all phases of a project.

Their responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that the works on site are carried out under strict quality control
  • Ensuring that good health and safety practices are followed on site at all times
  • Monitoring progress against programmes and target dates

Argus fire policy has always been to give complete responsibility for a project to the Project Manager. This control covers input to design, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning to handover to the client and the training / instruction of client staff if required.  One point of contact ensures ease of communication for clients, saves on time and provides greater job satisfaction for the Project manager.  The results speak for themselves:- Argus fire has highly motivated, fully-trained staff who take pride in delivering a high quality service for clients time after time.
